Step 1: Passing on the Incense Culture<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h2>

Starting from a traditional industry, we were exposed to different materials from all over the world: powders, essential oils and fragrance, wax, which built the foundation of our fragrance industry.<\/span><\/p>

At a time when perfumery resources were scarce and most of the materials were still imported, the idea of how to cultivate local perfumers, how to establish own perfumery technology, and how to make the perfumery industry self-sufficient gradually sprouted in our hearts. So we imported essential oils and monomers from all over the world, with the books on fragrances, the olfactory sensitivity and experience, Mr. Tseng, started the road of self-education in perfumery.<\/p>\n

In the beginning, we only used a few monomers to blend with each other, but later we realized it is not that simple. Not only we have to consider the layers and retention of fragrance, but also have to show the personal style and differentiate. It was a big challenge at that time when we did not have a tutor to guide us. Step 3 : Biomimetic Fragrance<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h2>

We found that the various fragrance products on the market that focus on specific floral scents are in fact far from the true natural scent of flowers. Therefore, we analyze the composition and proportion of the floral scent through professional identification equipment, and imitate the scent close to the original scent of flowers with natural ingredients.<\/span><\/p>

Unlike synthetic perfumes on the market, we use many edible and natural ingredients in our fragrances, which was a pioneering move at the time. Step 5: Development of OUD perfumes<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h2>

For 400 years, European perfume companies have been asking suppliers to provide large quantities and consistent quality of agar-wood for perfumery, but few have succeed.<\/span><\/p>

Tens of years ago, we attempted to extract agar-wood oil in small quantities, and then, on the basis of biomimetic fragrance, we created our first OUD perfume \"Kalimantan\", imitating Indonesia's most iconic agar-wood species , and making it an affordable, yet luxurious, perfume.
